“As part of my Solicitor Graduate Apprenticeship, I attend university one day a week and work four days at site. I have thoroughly enjoyed working for such an entrepreneurial and innovative business whilst it performs a vital role in the UK’s energy transition. The training I receive provides me with invaluable on the job experience and is complimented by my studies. Additionally, the support at Essar is unrivalled, I have monthly meetings with my Supervisor and a member of HR to ensure I maximise my potential. "I am in the process of completing an apprenticeship in Procurement Supply Management at Essar.
