Essar Oil UK has announced the appointment of Tracy McDermott as Head of HR.
Tracy has more than 20 years’ experience working in HR leadership.
Prior to joining Essar Oil UK, Tracy has worked at Alstom Transport, MAN Diesel & Turbo, Genix Healthcare Group and Suttons Group, within these roles Tracy created a culture of continuous learning and development from the senior team to the shop floor.
